CNC MACHINING SERVICES
MTG manufactures fully finished custom electronic enclosures and associated parts from a wide variety of materials and components, with no minimum order. MTG also provides expert and affordable enclosure design services.
CNC Milling is the removal of metal with a rotary cutter or other rotary cutting tool. With precise equipment, and a wide variety of tooling, we are able to cut almost anything, within tolerances of a few thousandths of an inch or less. MTG's CNC Machining Division includes 5-Axis and 3-Axis milling, as well as CNC Turning and CNC Router. We offer CNC Machining of aluminum, copper, and other materials both for sheet metal and bar stock.
LEAD TIME: We are currently able to achieve lead times for CNC machined parts and enclosures that range between 2 and 15+ days, depending on the complexity of your design.
CNC Turning is a manufacturing process wherein metal round stock is held on a spindle and rotated while a cutting tool is fed to the bar stock to remove material in order to create a desired shape. Also referred to as a CNC Lathe, CNC Turning is an effective way to make parts in a variety of shapes. We offer turning of round bar stock in Aluminum, Cold Rolled Steel and Stainless Steel, Round bar stock comes in 12-20 foot lengths and is cut to size on a band saw before entering the lathe.

CUSTOMIZABLE DIECAST ENCLOSURES
MTG stocks aluminum diecast enclosures in a variety of styles and sizes, ready to be customized to your exact needs with no minimum order. Using the same industry-leading services our customers already depend on for fully custom machined enclosures, our Customizable Machined Enclosures from diecast aluminum can be made with custom cutouts, pockets, grooves, and chamfers. We can apply a chem-film conversion coating for corrosion resistance, increased durability and electrical conductivity, and a powder coat paint in the color of your choice. We can also apply custom labeling and branding via digital printing, silk-screening, laser marking and machined engraving.
